Nicole Richie joined a panel for NBC's Winter TCA tour, while promoting her soon-to-be show, "Fashion Star'. Richie looked refreshed as she modeled a number from the Chloe Resort 2012 collection. Hit the jump for a peak at Nicole Richie's look.
Not sure if it's due to Nicole sitting, but she somehow makes the dress look so much better than it does in the look book. It seems as though she took a few inches off the dress, which seems to be a good alternative. Also, her choice of shoes add a bit more flair.
