Hermes Birkin? Umm...Not Quite

So I came across this bag, with the notion that I saw an exclusive Neoprene Hermes Birkin. Turns out I was hoodwinked. The bag is in fact, a Leghila Neoprene B-Bag Tote.Yes, the "B-Bag", a name close enough to imitate the Birkin but far enough to escape laws of infringement. I'm not making any assumptions that thievery was the case, but the similarities are just too keen. However, if that is the case, I must admit that they do a very good job of emulating the Birkin. The structure of the Leghila bags are nice and the colorways are pleasing to the eyes. But is it too close for comfort? If you recall, Mulberry also happens to have a bag similar to the design of the Birkin, but happens to exclude a latch strap across the front. The exclusion of a strap gives Mulberry some leeway, but even so, Mulberry has lately become a signature bag. With all that being said, the Leghila Neoprene B-Bag comes at a price tag of $345.00. Do you find the bag to be a great alternative to the comparably expensive Hermes Birkin? Or, is this just pure fashion thievery?
