Keeping in tone with his traditional aristocratic style, Jason Wu showcased his Pre-Fall 2012 collection. The collection draws inspiration from Indian Maharjaras and reflects the nature influenced artistic styles of illustrator, Charley Harper. A timeless look fit for any Queen or First Lady, indeed. Hit the Jump for more...
Wu adheres to his vision, as he opted hand-embroiderer each piece with much focus to detail. In effort to stray away from lackluster looks.Wu resorted to camel tones paired with bold color accents, houndstood prints, sequined collar, and embellishments of beads and paillettes at the shoulders. "This [season], like the others, is about giving our girl luxury clothes. There's nothing watered down.", Wu explained.
