When discussing the greatest artist of 2011, Adele is sure to pop up in the conversation.With 20 million records sold world wide and a number one album to date, its no doubt that Adele had a phenomenal year. The 23 year old British crooner continues to push boundaries as she has become the first artist in over 50 years to have over two top five singles and two songs on the charts at the same time. In addition to her various accomplishment, Adele's latest album, 21, has proceeded to surpass Usher's 2004 record, Confessions, as the highest selling album of all time.
